No. One $29.99/month subscription covers all 40+ apps. You don't pay per app you turn on.

The usage fee is a monthly charge that applies once sales helped by Vitals apps pass $1,000 in a month. It counts two kinds of sales:

• Conversion assists: orders helped by Sticky Add to Cart, Product Reviews, Related Products, Recent Sales Notifications, Shoppable Instagram Feed and Recently Viewed.
• Direct revenue assists: orders that come straight from Upsell Builder offers (all offer types, including bundles, volume discounts, BOGO, gifts and spending goals), Back in Stock alerts and Push Marketing. Pop-up and Spin the Wheel orders count only when the shopper uses the sign-up discount code within 30 days.

Cancelled or deleted orders don't count.

Conversion assists start at $10 a month once assisted sales pass $1,000. The next levels are $15 from $5,000 and $25 from $10,000. Direct revenue assists start at $40 a month above $1,000. When you move up a level, you pay only the difference from the level below. The full table is on vitals.app/pricing.

These apps include a free amount each month and charge only above it:

• Visitor Recordings: 1,000 recorded page views a month. You can set a monthly page view limit, and recording pauses when it's reached.
• Email Marketing: 500 contacts.
• Order Tracker: 50 tracked shipments a month.
• Lead capture (Pop-ups and Spin the Wheel): 25 leads a month.

Apps that aren't in this list or the two usage fee groups above, such as Wishlist, Trust Seals and Badges, Shipping Information, Cart Drawer and EU Legal Guarantee, have no usage fee.

A charge above $29.99 is a usage fee for the month, from assisted sales or from an app that passed its free amount, such as Visitor Recordings. You can see each charge, the app behind it and the level it reached in Vitals under the Current billing breakdown. A small amount such as $5 is the step between two levels.

Only above 500 contacts. The Vitals Email Marketing app includes 500 contacts, and above that a monthly fee rises with the size of your list. You can set a contact cap to limit it.

The Vitals free trial lasts 7 days from the day you install it, with every app included, and usage during the trial is never charged. When the trial ends, $29.99/month appears on your Shopify bill. To avoid being charged, uninstall Vitals before the trial ends.

You cancel Vitals by uninstalling it: in Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps, find Vitals, open the ⋯ menu and click Uninstall. Shopify cancels the subscription automatically. There is no separate cancel button, and this also ends a free trial.

No. To stop billing while your store is closed, uninstall Vitals. Vitals keeps your data for 30 days, so reinstalling within 30 days brings back your setup as you left it.

Vitals keeps your reviews for 30 days after you uninstall, then deletes them along with other data stored in Vitals, such as email contacts and wishlist items. Export your reviews as a CSV file before you uninstall. Uninstalling doesn't touch your Shopify products, pages or orders.

No. Vitals apps load through an app embed that switches off automatically when you uninstall. Sections you added with the Vitals Theme Sections app stay in your theme until you remove them in the theme editor.

No. Each store gets one trial. If you reinstall, you get back only the trial days that were left when you uninstalled.

Vitals adds one script to your store for all its apps, instead of one script per app, and apps you leave off don't load at all. Replacing several apps with Vitals usually means fewer scripts on your pages.
