7 Best Fera Alternatives for Shopify [2026]

7 Best Fera Alternatives for Shopify [2026]

Looking for a Fera Alternative?

Fera Product Reviews App is a popular Shopify app for collecting product and store reviews and importing them from other platforms. Every plan, though, caps both store orders and review requests, and the app does reviews only, so tracking, bundles and discounts need other apps.

So, we compared seven alternatives on how they ask for reviews, what each plan limits, where reviews can appear and which other store jobs they take on. Vitals is our app, and we've noted where it falls short too.

What Is Fera Shopify App?

Fera Product Reviews App is a Shopify app for collecting and showing product and store reviews, with photos and videos. Requests go out automatically, including when an order is delivered, and the reviews that come back can appear in widgets across the store and in Google Search and Shopping.

Here's what you can do with Fera:

  • Review requests: Send automatic requests on delivery, follow-ups, one-time requests and direct review links, plus a review pop-up for returning visitors. SMS requests are in beta for the US and Canada.
  • Imports and sync: Bring in reviews from Judge.me with a private token, from Loox, Stamped, Yotpo, Etsy, Google, Facebook, Amazon, AliExpress or a CSV, and sync reviews between your own stores on the Medium plan.
  • Widgets: Show product reviews, ratings on collection pages, a testimonial carousel, a media gallery, an overall rating banner and a floating rating badge, with custom CSS and Liquid templates.
  • Q&A and incentives: Answer product and store questions in a Q&A widget, and reward reviewers with discount codes, cashback or Smile.io and BON loyalty points.
  • AI moderation and platforms: Let Ferify approve or decline reviews after a set delay, draft AI replies, and use the same account on Wix, BigCommerce, Squarespace and other store builders.

Where Fera stands out is how many places it pulls reviews from. Few review apps sync Etsy, Google, Facebook and Amazon reviews into one feed, and it works across several store builders. That suits brands that sell in more than one place and want every review on their Shopify product pages.

Customer reviews most often say it is easy to install, configure and import reviews into, and praise its quick, hands-on support.

How Much Does Fera App Cost?

MediumUp to 20,000$99
Semi-largeUp to 50,000$199

X-LargeUp to 400,000$599

Prices from fera.ai on October 19, 2026, with a 60-day free trial (card required). SMS review requests cost $5 per review on top.

Why Shopify Merchants Look for Fera Alternatives

Fera Product Reviews App has a 4.8 rating from 2,021 reviews and isn't Built for Shopify. Merchants who leave it tend to give these reasons:

  • It covers reviews only, so order tracking, bundles, discounts and email need separate apps, and its docs show no cart or thank-you page placements
  • Each plan caps both store orders and review requests, from 200 orders and 100 requests a month on Startup
  • 2026 low-star reviews say storefront widgets were hidden once a usage limit was reached, until the store upgraded
  • Reviews from 2025 and 2026 describe outages that took reviews offline for days
  • Some reviewers say exports were slow or sat behind an upgrade prompt, and one says access ended right after cancelling

Switching makes the most sense for stores that want their reviews and the rest of their store apps managed from one dashboard.

How We Compared the Fera Alternatives

For each app, we read the live Shopify App Store listing, plus help docs and changelog, where available, on October 19, 2026. Ratings and review counts are the ones on each listing that day.

We compared the apps on:

  • App type, standalone or all-in-one
  • Core review features, from requests and photo reviews to Q&A and imports
  • Where reviews can appear in the store, including the thank-you and order status pages
  • How many standalone apps each pick can take the place of
  • Scripts each app adds and how it fits into the theme
  • AI features and MCP support
  • Setup, from the docs, the listing and merchant reviews

Short Answer

Vitals - All in One App is the best Fera alternative for most stores.

  • It offers photo and video reviews, review reminders and an AI Review Summary next to an order tracking page, while Fera handles reviews alone
  • It includes 40+ apps, such as reviews, bundles and discounts, in one subscription of $29.99/month
  • It replaces multiple single-purpose apps that you would otherwise install and pay for every month

Vitals costs more than Fera's Startup plan, and a usage fee applies once sales from conversion apps pass $1K a month. In return, one subscription also covers order tracking, bundles, volume discounts and the rest of its 40+ apps.

1. Vitals - All in One App

Vitals - All in One App on the Shopify App Store

Best for: Stores that want Product Reviews, Order Tracking, Bundles and Volume Discounts plus 40+ apps in one subscription

Rating: 4.9 (2,984 reviews) | App type: All-in-one | Free trial: 7 days | Built for Shopify: Yes

Vitals is our app, with product reviews, order tracking, bundles and discounts among the 40+ apps covered by one subscription of $29.99/month.

The Vitals Product Reviews app sends review request emails after fulfillment, or holds them until every package in the order has arrived. Customers can reply with photos and videos, and a reminder can follow when they haven't written a review yet.

That delivery timing can come from another Vitals app. The Vitals Order Tracker app gives the store its own tracking page, where customers can look up a parcel by order number and email or by tracking number. Fera leaves that job to a separate tracking app.

Key features:

  • Review request emails timed after fulfillment or after every package is delivered, with reminders
  • A tracking page covering 1,600+ couriers, with the delivery date shown when the courier gives one
  • Photo and video reviews, plus a discount code sent once a customer leaves a review
  • An AI Review Summary that adds keyword pills to any product with five or more published reviews
  • Star ratings on product, home and collection pages, a Reviews Carousel, Featured Reviews and a Happy Customers page
  • Review imports from AliExpress, Amazon, a spreadsheet or another reviews app's CSV export, and a CSV export of all reviews
  • Moderation with auto-publish or approval, banned keywords, spam marking, replies, a verified buyer badge and reviewer name masking
  • The Vitals Product Bundles app for bundles and the Vitals Volume Discounts app for quantity breaks

Pros:

  • Order tracking sits in the same subscription as reviews, where Fera stops at reviews
  • A store with tracking, reviews and offers deals with one support team instead of three developers
  • Bundles, discounts and 40+ other apps on the same plan (e.g., Stock Supplier replaced its single-purpose apps with one Vitals subscription)
  • Through Vitals MCP, ChatGPT or Claude can read review summaries and product ratings, change Vitals app settings and turn apps on or off

Cons:

  • No product Q&A for shoppers' questions
  • Works on Shopify only

2. CWILL(Trustoo) Product Reviews

CWILL(Trustoo) Product Reviews on the Shopify App Store

Best for: Stores that want every order to get a review request, however many orders come in each month

Rating: 4.9 (1,580 reviews) | App type: Standalone | Free trial: 7 days | Built for Shopify: Yes

CWILL(Trustoo) Product Reviews, called TrustWILL from January to October 2026 and Trustoo before that, prices its plans by features rather than by orders. Every plan sends unlimited review requests, and reviews can be translated automatically for multi-language stores.

CWILL's site says it installs in minutes, with widgets styled in the app and then added in the theme editor.

Key features:

  • Unlimited review requests on every plan, with no order bands
  • Request timing 1–90 days after purchase, fulfillment or delivery, set apart for domestic and international orders
  • Photo review discounts and requests by WhatsApp, QR code or review link
  • AI review summaries for products with 15 or more reviews, plus auto-translation
  • Video reviews, Q&A, product grouping and a Google Shopping feed (Pro plan)
  • A review widget in Shopify Plus checkout and review collection in customer accounts

Pros:

  • No order or request caps, where Fera's plans cap both
  • Its importer reads other review apps' export files, which shortens a move from Fera
  • An admin in 20 languages, with 24/7 multilingual support

Cons:

  • Video reviews, Q&A and the Google Shopping feed need Pro
  • Low-star reviews from late 2025 and 2026 describe request emails not arriving and reviews missing on mobile
  • Reviews only; CWILL's tracking, returns and loyalty apps are each priced on their own, and bundles need another developer

Pricing:

Prices from cwill.com on October 19, 2026, with a 7-day free trial. Every plan includes unlimited review requests.

3. Rivyo ‑ Product Reviews App

Rivyo ‑ Product Reviews App on the Shopify App Store

Best for: Stores that want loyalty points and referrals inside their reviews app as optional add-ons

Rating: 4.9 (941 reviews) | App type: Standalone | Free trial: 7 days | Built for Shopify: Yes

Rivyo ‑ Product Reviews App, Nexfal's only app, keeps a loyalty program and a referral program inside the reviews app as paid add-ons. Product Q&A comes on every paid plan, and reviews can show in the cart as well as on product pages.

Shopify's review summary calls it easy to install and manage, and a recent merchant says support fitted the widget to their theme one-on-one.

Key features:

  • A loyalty add-on with points, VIP tiers, store credit, a loyalty page and POS rewards
  • A referral add-on with unique links, give-and-get rewards and referral emails
  • Product Q&A that the store answers from the dashboard, with Amazon questions available to import
  • Review requests and reminders with a multi-step form and custom questions
  • Photo reviews starting on Starter, with video reviews kept for Enterprise
  • A cart reviews widget, and reviews in checkout and on the thank-you page for Shopify Plus stores (Enterprise plan)
  • CSV import and export on every plan, plus unlimited imports from Judge.me, Loox, Stamped and Yotpo

Pros:

  • Loyalty and referrals live in the reviews app, where Fera connects to Smile.io or BON
  • A cart reviews widget, a place Fera's docs don't cover
  • Reviews can be collected on the order status page, starting on Starter
  • A CSV export on every plan

Cons:

  • Review requests reach at most 500 orders a month on Starter and 1,000 on Business
  • AI summaries and replies are Enterprise-only, with no help docs for them
  • Loyalty and referrals are billed as add-ons on top of the review plan
  • Covers reviews and retention, so bundles and cart offers need separate apps

Pricing:

PlanMonthly
Starter$9
Business$14
Enterprise$19
Customer Loyalty Program (add-on)$29
Referral Rewards (add-on)$19

Prices from rivyo.com on October 19, 2026, with a 7-day free trial.

4. Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

Stamped Reviews & Loyalty on the Shopify App Store

Best for: Stores that want to ask buyers why they chose a product, right on the thank-you page

Rating: 4.7 (3,754 reviews) | App type: Standalone | Free trial: No | Built for Shopify: No

Stamped Reviews & Loyalty adds a Checkout Reviews block to the thank-you page, so buyers can say why they picked an item just after paying. NPS surveys and a loyalty plan come from the same dashboard.

Its docs say the Stamped script has to be pasted into theme.liquid by hand before any app block shows.

Key features:

  • A Checkout Reviews block placed on the thank-you page
  • Photo and video reviews on all plans, which wait for approval before going live
  • Community Q&A, where past buyers get shoppers' questions to answer
  • NPS surveys
  • Reviews sent on to Google Shopping, Google Seller Ratings, Bing Shopping, Meta and the Shop App
  • Sentiment and topic analysis from StampedIQ, plus a widget filter by topic

Pros:

  • Gathers feedback on the thank-you page, which Fera's docs don't reach
  • Ratings go to Bing Shopping as well as Google
  • Loyalty points, VIP tiers and referrals on their own plan in the same app

Cons:

  • The monthly limit counts every store order, beginning at 200 on the lowest plan
  • Low-star reviews from 2025 and 2026 say requests stopped sending until support pushed them out
  • Bundles and cart offers fall outside its reviews and loyalty features, so they need other apps

Pricing:

PlanMonthly store ordersMonthly
ReviewsUp to 200$23
Reviews (1k)Up to 1,000$99
Reviews (5k)Up to 5,000$199
Loyalty (5k)Up to 5,000$299

stamped.io wouldn't load for us, so these prices come from the Shopify App Store listing on October 19, 2026, with no free trial.

5. Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty on the Shopify App Store

Best for: Stores where shoppers want fit, size or feel ratings in each review before they buy

Rating: 4.8 (1,433 reviews) | App type: Standalone | Free trial: 14 days | Built for Shopify: No

Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty asks reviewers to score attributes such as fit, size or comfort, and shows those scores beside the stars. Loyalty, referrals, quizzes and surveys are separate products sold inside the same app.

Shopify's review summary mentions smooth onboarding, while Managed Onboarding is a Power-plan feature.

Key features:

  • Attribute ratings on every review, with trend reports built from them
  • Q&A widget and media galleries from Growth
  • AI summaries and keyword filters from Growth, with AI sentiment and AI replies on every plan
  • Google Shopping, TikTok Shop and Meta Shops syndication from Growth, with Walmart and Bazaarvoice as add-ons
  • Shop App syndication on every plan
  • Reviews for bundles, and review collection inside Shopify customer accounts
  • Separate loyalty, referral, quiz and survey products

Pros:

  • A read-only MCP server that lets ChatGPT and Claude read published reviews and Q&A (Growth plan)
  • Attribute scores tell shoppers more than a star rating can
  • Bundle reviews, collected for the bundle, its items or both
  • Exports from Judge.me, Yotpo, Stamped, Loox and other apps can come in through its importer

Cons:

  • The price rises with monthly orders, from the 200-order Essentials band upward
  • Growth is the first plan with Q&A and AI summaries
  • Low-star reviews from 2025 and 2026 describe slow support once onboarding ends
  • Covers reviews and customer marketing, leaving bundles and cart offers to other apps

Pricing:

PlanMonthly ordersMonthly
EssentialsUp to 200$19
Growth201–1,500$119
Power1,501–3,500$299
Advanced3,501–10,000$499

Prices from okendo.io on October 19, 2026, with a 14-day free trial. These are the Reviews product prices; Okendo also sells bundles of its products at a lower combined price, and stores above 10,000 orders get a custom quote.

6. AfterShip Product Reviews

AfterShip Product Reviews on the Shopify App Store

Best for: Stores already shipping or handling returns with an AfterShip app

Rating: 4.9 (780 reviews) | App type: Standalone | Free trial: No | Built for Shopify: No

AfterShip Product Reviews, formerly Automizely Reviews, comes from the team behind AfterShip Order Tracking and AfterShip Returns & Exchanges. It times review requests to delivery and adds NPS to the order status page, while tracking and returns stay separate apps.

Its docs say widgets show up by themselves on vintage themes, and Online Store 2.0 themes need two app blocks added.

Key features:

  • Delivery-timed review request emails, followed by reminders and follow-ups
  • Custom review questions
  • NPS asked through a widget on the order status page, and by email on Pro
  • Rewards in three tiers for text, photo and video reviews, and referrals (Pro plan)
  • Q&A, review snippets in Google and syndication across stores (Pro plan)
  • AI review summaries (Pro plan)

Pros:

  • Reviews, tracking and returns from a single developer, for a store already on AfterShip
  • An NPS widget on the order status page, a spot Fera's docs don't cover
  • CSV export of reviews and NPS data on every plan, emailed within minutes

Cons:

  • The listing caps review requests at 100 a month on Essentials and 2,000 on Pro, and doesn't price higher tiers
  • Pro is needed for Q&A and Google review snippets
  • Handles reviews and NPS only, so bundles and cart offers need separate apps

Pricing:

PlanMonthly
Essentials$11
Pro$119

aftership.com wouldn't load for us, so these prices come from the Shopify App Store listing on October 19, 2026, with no free trial. Essentials covers 100 review requests a month and Pro 2,000.

7. REVIEWS.io Product Reviews App

REVIEWS.io Product Reviews App on the Shopify App Store

Best for: Stores that want a public company review page and Google Seller Ratings beside their product reviews

Rating: 4.7 (774 reviews) | App type: Standalone | Free trial: 14 days | Built for Shopify: No

REVIEWS.io Product Reviews App collects product and company reviews from one invite, and the company reviews feed a public REVIEWS.io page and Google Seller Ratings. Merchants can't delete genuine reviews, only send them to its moderation team, which makes the ratings harder to game.

Its getting-started guide puts setup at six steps and roughly 20–30 minutes.

Key features:

  • Product and company reviews from one invite, with photos and videos
  • Google Seller Ratings and rich snippets from Launch, plus a Google Shopping ratings feed
  • Two-way Shop App sync on every plan and TikTok Shop sync in the US
  • SMS invites and Review Booster for past customers
  • Expert Answers Q&A, attributes, NPS surveys and an AI Summary (Launch Plus)
  • UGC Manager for Instagram mentions and rights requests (Launch)
  • 15+ widgets, with an AI Widget Builder that styles them from a prompt or an image
  • A survey block on the thank-you page and a rating widget in Shopify Plus checkout

Pros:

  • Google Seller Ratings through a licensed Google Review Partner, which Fera doesn't list
  • Genuine reviews can't be deleted by the store, so shoppers can trust the score
  • Reviews and surveys on the thank-you page and in Plus checkout, areas Fera's docs don't reach
  • Syndication to Walmart and the Bazaarvoice network on its direct plans

Cons:

  • Launch and Launch Plus cap invites at 50 and 500 a month, and plans above them are billed by REVIEWS.io outside Shopify
  • Low-star reviews from 2025 and 2026 describe charges after switching or cancelling and slow support
  • Imported reviews show as third-party, without the Verified badge, unless order IDs match
  • Covers reviews and UGC; loyalty is the separate Influence app, and bundles need other apps

Pricing:

PlanReview invites a monthMonthly
Launch50$19
Launch Plus500$45

reviews.io wouldn't load for us, so these prices come from the Shopify App Store listing on October 19, 2026, with a 14-day free trial. Plans with more invites are sold by REVIEWS.io directly and billed outside Shopify.

How Many Apps Each Option Replaces

Each app adds its own code to the storefront, and extra code can weigh on load time. Here is how many separate apps we count for each option.

REVIEWS.io Product Reviews AppStandaloneProduct and company reviews, Q&A, surveys, syndicationUGC manager; loyalty sold separately as Influence2–4
Fera Product Reviews AppStandaloneReviews, Q&A, imports, multi-store syncNone1

How we counted it:

  • Vitals - All in One App replaces up to 40+ single-purpose apps, first among them a reviews app, an order tracking app, a bundle app and a volume discount app
  • CWILL(Trustoo) Product Reviews does the work of a reviews app and a review translation app, plus a Q&A app on Pro
  • Rivyo ‑ Product Reviews App lets a store drop a reviews app and a Q&A app, and a loyalty or referral app once an add-on is on
  • Stamped Reviews & Loyalty stands in for a reviews app and an NPS app, and a loyalty app on its Loyalty plan
  • Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty replaces a reviews app, then a loyalty, referral, quiz or survey app for each product a store buys
  • AfterShip Product Reviews takes over from a reviews app and an NPS survey app
  • REVIEWS.io Product Reviews App counts as a reviews app and a company reviews service, with Q&A and surveys on Launch Plus
  • Fera Product Reviews App replaces one reviews app, across every store builder a brand sells on

Fera, a tracking app and a bundle app load three sets of scripts on the storefront. With one Vitals subscription, all three jobs load from a single script.

When Should You Stay on Fera

Two kinds of store are better served by staying with Fera Product Reviews App.

  • Your brand also sells on Squarespace, Ecwid or Big Cartel, and you want one reviews account across every store
  • You pull in reviews from Etsy, Google Business, Facebook or Amazon and want them synced into your product pages, or you bring Judge.me reviews across with a private token

Switch when your reviews, order tracking, bundles and discounts should come from one subscription.

How to Migrate From Fera

Fera stores your reviews, photos, Q&A and synced reviews from other platforms. Export them before you cancel, since one 2025 review says access ended right after cancelling.

  1. In Fera, open Configuration > Review Data > Export Reviews and create a new export; it asks for a reason, and large stores get the file from support. Download review photos and videos with Fera's media download guide, and note your Q&A, product groups and reward rules
  2. Install Vitals - All in One App, turn on the Vitals Product Reviews app and import the Fera file under From other review apps on the Import tab. Vitals has no Q&A and no Etsy, Google or Facebook review sync, so keep a Q&A app if shoppers rely on it, and treat synced reviews as a one-time import
  3. Set up review request emails, reminders and the review discount, then turn on the Vitals Order Tracker app so requests can wait until every package arrives. Vitals rewards reviews with discount codes only, and has no SMS requests, so cashback, loyalty points and Fera's SMS requests don't carry over
  4. Rebuild Fera's product groups as Review Groups in the Vitals Product Reviews app, and set up bundles in the Vitals Product Bundles app and quantity breaks in the Vitals Volume Discounts app
  5. On a copy of your live theme, add the Vitals review widget and star ratings, then remove Fera's widgets along with any custom CSS or Liquid templates. Look over product and collection pages on both phone and desktop
  6. Turn off Fera's review requests and follow-ups, publish the theme and uninstall Fera Product Reviews App

Shopify stores such as Strapsology replaced their single-purpose apps with one Vitals subscription.

Find the Best Fera Alternative for Your Store

Vitals - All in One App works for most stores, but which app fits best depends on what Fera isn't doing for you.

  • Vitals, if reviews with photos and video, order tracking, bundles and discounts should sit with 40+ apps in one subscription of $29.99/month
  • CWILL(Trustoo) Product Reviews, if your order volume keeps growing and every order should still get a request
  • Rivyo ‑ Product Reviews App, if points and referrals are on your list and you'd rather add them to the reviews app than install another
  • Stamped Reviews & Loyalty, if you want buyers' reasons for choosing a product the moment they've paid
  • Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty, if shoppers need to know how a product fits or feels, not just its stars
  • AfterShip Product Reviews, if AfterShip already tracks your parcels or handles your returns
  • REVIEWS.io Product Reviews App, if your store's own reputation should show in Google next to product ratings

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the best Fera alternative for Shopify?

Vitals - All in One App is the best Fera alternative for most stores. Among all-in-one apps, it's the only one that puts 40+ apps, including product reviews, order tracking, bundles and volume discounts, in one subscription. Since Vitals is our app, its entry also names what it can't do.

2. Why do merchants switch from Fera?

Many want reviews and their other store jobs in one app, since Fera covers reviews alone. Others point to plan caps on orders and review requests, and 2026 reviews say widgets were hidden once a limit was reached.

3. How do Vitals and Fera compare on features?

Both send review requests timed to delivery, collect photo and video reviews and show star ratings on product and collection pages. Fera adds Q&A, SMS requests, wider review syncing and other store builders. Vitals adds an AI Review Summary and review discounts on its one plan, plus order tracking, bundles, volume discounts and 40+ other apps.

4. Can Vitals replace Fera and other apps at the same time?

Yes. The Vitals Product Reviews app covers Fera's reviews, while the Vitals Order Tracker app, Vitals Product Bundles app and Vitals Volume Discounts app replace a tracking app, a bundle app and a discount app. Q&A would still need its own app.

5. Do Fera alternatives affect store speed?

Each app a store adds can bring its own scripts, so the total number of apps counts along with the apps themselves. Vitals - All in One App loads its reviews, tracking and other apps from one script, while single-purpose apps load one each. We haven't speed-tested any of them, so check your own pages before and after the switch.

6. Which Fera alternatives have AI features or MCP support?

Not all of them. Vitals offers an AI Review Summary, and with Vitals MCP, ChatGPT or Claude can read review data and change Vitals app settings. Okendo offers AI summaries and replies, plus a read-only MCP server on Growth. CWILL, Rivyo, Stamped, AfterShip and REVIEWS.io each have AI features but list no MCP support.

7. Which Fera alternatives include product Q&A?

Not all of them. Rivyo includes Q&A on every paid plan and Stamped sends questions to past buyers. CWILL adds it on Pro, Okendo from Growth, AfterShip on Pro and REVIEWS.io on Launch Plus. Vitals - All in One App has no Q&A.

8. How do I move my reviews from Fera to Vitals?

Create a review export in Fera under Configuration > Review Data and download your media. Import the CSV in the Vitals Product Reviews app under From other review apps, set up request emails and Order Tracker timing, test the widgets on a duplicate theme, then remove Fera's widgets and uninstall it.
