About Strapsology
Ion Vitan started Strapsology in 2020, building a brand around Apple Watch straps in the UK. Since then, Strapsology has served more than 45,000 customers and expanded into the US market in 2026.
The challenge: keeping long product pages easy to shop
A Strapsology product page has a lot for shoppers to compare: colours, materials and case sizes. Most shoppers are doing that on their phones, which means plenty of scrolling before they’re ready to buy.
By the time they’ve made their choice, the Add to Cart button can be far above them.
Ion needed a way to keep the buying journey simple without adding a separate app for every conversion feature.
He put Vitals on the UK store in November 2020. When he opened the US store in January 2026, he installed Vitals there too.
Why Vitals
For Ion, stability was a big part of the decision. He wanted conversion tools that worked reliably without creating problems for the storefront.
“It was very stable, always. I never had any type of error from the app.”
After six years on Vitals, Ion says he has never experienced an error from the app.

Click a tab or a numbered marker to see where each app sits on the live store.

- Sticky Add to Cart
The strap, its price, the chosen size and an Add to Cart button stay pinned to the screen while shoppers scroll through photos and sizes. It is the biggest Vitals touchpoint on the store: 31% of UK orders and 36% of US orders came through the Sticky Add to Cart bar in the last 90 days.
- Countdown Timer
A timer under the “Buy 2, get any 3rd free” offer shows how long the deal has left.
- Stock Scarcity
A short “Hurry! Only 5 units left” line with a bar sits right above the buy button.
- Recent Sales Notifications
Small pop-ups show where another shopper just bought a strap, which helps a store that is new to its market.
- Recently Viewed
Further down the page, the straps a shopper looked at earlier wait in a carousel, so comparing colours takes one click.
- Scroll to Top Button
A round button in the corner takes shoppers back to the top of a long product page.
- Cart Notice
A message in the cart keeps shoppers moving to checkout.
- Visitor Replays
Recordings of real shopper sessions show where people get stuck, so the next change to the store is based on what shoppers actually do.
Apps Strapsology could turn on next with one Vitals plan
Strapsology uses 8 of the 40+ apps in Vitals. Every other app is part of the same Vitals plan and sits in the same dashboard, ready to turn on.
Each one is a switch in the same dashboard. No new app, and no new bill.
“Vitals is one of the most stable apps I’ve ever used.”
