7 Best Judge.me Alternatives for Shopify [2026]

7 Best Judge.me Alternatives for Shopify [2026]

Looking for a Judge.me Alternative?

Judge.me Product Reviews App is a popular Shopify app for collecting and showing product reviews. Reminders, review coupons, Q&A and its AI summaries, though, sit on the paid Awesome plan, and the app stops at reviews, with email marketing sold as a separate Judge.me app.

So, we compared seven alternatives on how each one collects reviews, where it shows them, what it adds beyond reviews and how many other apps it can stand in for. Vitals is our app, so we've noted its gaps too.

What Is Judge.me Shopify App?

Judge.me Product Reviews App is a Shopify app for collecting product and store reviews and showing them across the store. Review request emails go out after an order is fulfilled or delivered, and customers can reply with text, photos or videos that appear in review widgets, star badges and carousels.

Here's what you can do with Judge.me:

  • Review collection: Send unlimited review requests after fulfillment or delivery, request reviews for past orders and collect them through links, QR codes and Shopify customer accounts.
  • Photo and video reviews: Collect unlimited photo and video reviews and show them in a review widget, star rating badges, card, testimonial and video carousels, and a reviews grid.
  • Syndication: Send reviews to Google Shopping as an approved Google review partner, and to the Shop app, Facebook and Instagram Shop and TikTok Shop on the Awesome plan.
  • Imports: Bring in reviews from Etsy, Amazon, AliExpress, Google Business Profile, spreadsheets and other review apps, including Yotpo and Loox.
  • AI and integrations: Reply to reviews with AI, show AI review summaries and highlights, and connect to 130+ apps such as Klaviyo, Gorgias and LoyaltyLion on the Awesome plan, with Shopify Flow and Sidekick on every plan.

Where Judge.me stands out is reach. Few review apps send reviews to as many places, from Google Shopping to the Shop app and social shops, and its one paid plan stays at the same price however many orders a store takes. That suits stores that want their reviews seen well beyond the product page.

Customer reviews most often praise its quick support, even on the free plan, and how easily it imports reviews from the app a store used before.

Why Shopify Merchants Look for Judge.me Alternatives

Judge.me Product Reviews App has a 5.0 rating from 48,747 reviews and is Built for Shopify. Still, merchants who leave it mention these reasons:

  • Review reminders, review coupons, Q&A, AI review summaries, SMS requests and Google Shopping all need the Awesome plan
  • Its Google Shopping feed needs 50 eligible reviews and leaves out most imported reviews, and 2026 low-star reviews from stores that moved from Okendo and Yotpo say their Google stars disappeared
  • Several 2026 low-star reviews say settings are hard to find and simple edits need a support ticket
  • It covers reviews only, so bundles, discounts and upsells need other apps, and Judge.me's own email marketing is a separate app
  • One 2026 review says a merchant couldn't change how reviewer names appear, and another says reminder emails didn't go out as set up

Switching makes the most sense for stores that want reviews, email and offers handled by one app instead of a separate install for each.

Short Answer

Vitals - All in One App is the best Judge.me alternative for most stores.

  • It offers photo and video reviews, review reminders, review discounts and AI review summaries on one plan, while Judge.me keeps reminders, coupons and AI summaries for its Awesome plan
  • It includes 40+ apps, such as reviews, bundles and discounts, in one subscription of $29.99/month
  • It replaces multiple single-purpose apps that you would otherwise install and pay for every month

1. Vitals - All in One App

Vitals - All in One App on the Shopify App Store

Best for: Stores that want Product Reviews, Email Marketing, Bundles and Volume Discounts plus 40+ apps in one subscription

Rating: 4.9 (2,984 reviews) | App type: All-in-one | Free trial: 7 days | Built for Shopify: Yes

Vitals is our app. Product reviews come first among its 40+ apps here, and the same subscription of $29.99/month also covers email marketing, bundles and discounts.

The Vitals Product Reviews app collects photo and video reviews through request emails sent after fulfillment, or once every package in the order is delivered. Customers can get a discount code after they leave a review, and a reminder can follow when they haven't written one yet.

Existing reviews can come in from another reviews app's CSV export, so a Judge.me history doesn't start from zero. For the email work Judge.me sells as a second app, the Vitals Email Marketing app can send welcome and abandoned-checkout emails, plus campaigns to your customer list.

Key features:

  • Review request emails timed after fulfillment or after delivery, with reminder emails
  • Photo and video reviews, with a Media Reviews Carousel that shows only reviews with media
  • A discount code sent to customers once they leave a review
  • An AI Review Summary with keyword pills on products with at least five reviews
  • Star ratings on product, home and collection pages, plus a Reviews Carousel, Review Highlights and a Happy Customers page
  • Imports from AliExpress, Amazon, a spreadsheet or another reviews app's CSV export, and a CSV export of every review
  • A Google Shopping reviews feed once the store has 50 eligible reviews, and review ratings in Google search results
  • Welcome emails, abandoned-checkout emails and campaigns from the Vitals Email Marketing app
  • Bundles from the Vitals Product Bundles app and quantity breaks from the Vitals Volume Discounts app

Pros:

  • Reminders, review discounts and AI summaries come with the base plan, with no upgrade needed
  • One support team answers for reviews, emails and offers, so a clash between widgets goes to one developer
  • Email marketing, bundles and 40+ other apps on the same plan (e.g., Little Dresser moved its single-purpose apps to one Vitals subscription)
  • Chat-based control through Vitals MCP, where ChatGPT or Claude can read review summaries and product ratings, edit Vitals app settings or turn apps on and off

Cons:

  • No product Q&A and no custom questions in the review form
  • Works on Shopify only

  • The deepest review data here, with attributes feeding trend reports
  • Sends reviews to Walmart, which no other app in this list mentions

  • NPS surveys
  • Google Shopping, Google Seller Ratings, Bing Shopping, Meta and Shop app syndication

  • Sends ratings to Bing Shopping as well as Google
  • Q&A answered by past buyers, not only by the store
  • Loyalty points, VIP tiers and referrals on its own plan in the same app

Cons:

  • Every store order counts toward the plan's monthly limit, starting at 200 orders
  • Recent low-star reviews say review requests stopped sending until support stepped in
  • A full review export goes through support
  • Stops at reviews and loyalty, so bundles and cart offers need other apps

Pricing:

How we counted it:

  • Vitals - All in One App replaces up to 40+ single-purpose apps, starting with a reviews app, an email marketing app, a bundle app and a volume discount app
  • With Rivyo ‑ Product Reviews App, a store can drop a reviews app and a Q&A app, and a loyalty app too once the add-on is on
  • Loox ‑ Product Reviews App stands in for a reviews app and a referral app
  • Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty covers a reviews app, and a loyalty, referral, quiz or survey app for each product a store buys
  • Stamped Reviews & Loyalty takes over from a reviews app and an NPS survey app, plus a loyalty app on its Loyalty plan
  • AfterShip Product Reviews does the work of a reviews app and an NPS app
  • Fera Product Reviews App replaces one reviews app, across every platform the brand sells on
  • Judge.me Product Reviews App counts as a reviews app, with its coupons and referral emails covering some of a referral app's job

Judge.me plus a bundle app and an email app is three developers' code on the storefront. A single Vitals subscription handles those jobs from one script.

When Should You Stay on Judge.me

Two kinds of store are better off staying with Judge.me Product Reviews App.

  • Your reviews need to reach Google Shopping through an approved review partner, plus the Shop app, Meta and TikTok Shop, on a paid plan whose price doesn't rise with orders
  • You rely on product Q&A, custom review questions or its AI-drafted FAQ answers

Switch when your reviews, review discounts, email marketing, bundles and volume discounts should all come from one subscription.

How to Migrate From Judge.me

Your reviews, photos and Q&A live inside Judge.me, and its videos don't come with the export. Save everything before you uninstall.

  1. In Judge.me, export your reviews to CSV and download any review videos by hand, since the export leaves them out. Note your Q&A, custom review questions and review request timing
  2. Install Vitals - All in One App, turn on the Vitals Product Reviews app and import the Judge.me file under From other review apps on the Import tab. Vitals has no custom review questions, so those answers won't carry over
  3. Set up review request emails, reminders and the review discount in the Vitals Product Reviews app. Vitals has no Q&A, so keep a separate Q&A app if your product pages depend on it
  4. Move any email flows to the Vitals Email Marketing app, and rebuild bundles in the Vitals Product Bundles app and quantity breaks in the Vitals Volume Discounts app
  5. On a copy of your live theme, add the Vitals review widget and star ratings, remove Judge.me's app embed and blocks, and check product and collection pages on a phone and a desktop
  6. Turn off Judge.me's review requests and any Shopify Flow that sends them, so customers don't get two emails, then publish the theme and uninstall Judge.me Product Reviews App

Shopify stores such as Strapsology replaced several single-purpose apps with one Vitals subscription.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the best Judge.me alternative for Shopify?

Vitals - All in One App is the best Judge.me alternative for most stores. It's the only all-in-one app that includes 40+ apps, such as product reviews, email marketing, bundles and volume discounts, in one subscription. Vitals is our app, and its entry lists what it doesn't do.

2. Why do merchants switch from Judge.me?

Most want reviews, email and offers in one app, since Judge.me covers reviews and sells email marketing as a separate app. Some 2026 reviews also say its Google Shopping feed dropped reviews they had imported, and that settings were hard to find.

3. How do Vitals and Judge.me compare on features?

Both collect photo and video reviews through request emails, import from other apps and show star ratings on product and collection pages. Judge.me adds Q&A, custom review questions and wider syndication. Vitals adds an AI Review Summary and review discounts with no plan upgrade, plus email marketing, bundles, volume discounts and 40+ other apps.

4. Can Vitals replace Judge.me and other apps at the same time?

Yes. The Vitals Product Reviews app covers Judge.me's reviews, and the Vitals Email Marketing app, Vitals Product Bundles app and Vitals Volume Discounts app replace an email app, a bundle app and a discount app. Stores that need Q&A would keep a separate app for it.

5. Do Judge.me alternatives affect store speed?

Every app a store installs can add scripts to its pages, so speed depends on how many apps are installed as well as which ones. Vitals - All in One App loads its reviews and other apps from one script, while single-purpose apps each load their own. We didn't speed-test these apps, so check your own pages before and after a change.

6. Which Judge.me alternatives have AI features or MCP support?

Not all of them. Vitals shows an AI Review Summary, and through Vitals MCP, ChatGPT or Claude can read review data and change Vitals app settings. Okendo has AI summaries and replies, plus a read-only MCP server on its Growth plan. Loox, Rivyo, AfterShip, Fera and Stamped each offer AI features but list no MCP support.

7. Which Judge.me alternatives include product Q&A?

Not all of them. Rivyo, Stamped and Fera include Q&A, Okendo adds it from Growth and AfterShip on Pro. Loox ‑ Product Reviews App and Vitals - All in One App don't offer Q&A.

8. How do I move my reviews from Judge.me to Vitals?

Export your reviews to CSV in Judge.me and download any videos by hand. Import the file in the Vitals Product Reviews app under From other review apps, then set up request emails and reminders. Test the widgets on a duplicate theme, remove Judge.me's app embed and blocks, switch off its emails and uninstall.
