About Crystal Pro Jewellery
Crystal Pro Jewellery sells sterling silver and gold-plated jewellery from Bulgaria: necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings, many of them set with crystals. The store has been on Shopify since November 2024, and the catalogue is now close to 500 pieces.
Jewellery is bought on detail and trust. Shoppers zoom in on the photos, check the size, and often want to ask someone a question first. Plenty of them look at a piece, leave, and come back to it later.
Before Vitals: seven apps, seven bills
So the store needs a few things on the page. A size chart for rings. A way back to pieces a shopper already looked at. A chat button, a note in the cart, the cart count in the browser tab, a button back to the top, and protection for the product photos.
On Shopify, each of those is usually a separate app. That’s seven apps for Crystal Pro Jewellery, and every one of them comes with its own monthly bill, its own code loading on every page, its own dashboard and its own support team to email when something breaks.
We measured the load times in our own speed test on a sample product page, not on crystalpro.bg.
After Vitals: seven apps, one bill
Crystal Pro Jewellery has been on Vitals since July 2025, and all seven of those apps now come with one Vitals plan at $29.99 a month. Each app is a switch in the Vitals dashboard, and turning another one on doesn’t mean installing anything or paying more.
Day to day, that means one bill, and one app loading code on each page instead of seven. Changes happen in one place, and there’s one support team to ask. The store’s wording, from the chat welcome message to the cart notice, is set in Bulgarian in the same dashboard.

- Size Chart
Every ring in the Rings collection has a Size Chart link under the size picker. It opens a table with US and EU sizes and the ring’s diameter and circumference in millimetres, so a shopper can measure a ring they already own and pick the right size before they order.
- Recently Viewed
The pieces a shopper has already looked at show up again as they browse, even in the cart. Someone who opened a bracelet, then a ring, sees both side by side without having to search for them again.
- All-in-One Chat
A chat button sits in the corner of every page with a short welcome message. One tap calls the store’s order team during working hours, so a shopper with a question about a stone or a clasp can ask a person before buying.
- Cart Notice
When an item in the cart is running low, a banner above the total says so and asks the shopper to finish the order to keep it. The store wrote it once in Bulgarian and every cart shows it.
- Content Protection
Product photos can’t be saved with a right-click. For a jewellery store, the photos are a big part of what sells a piece, and this keeps them from being copied onto other sites.
Product pages are long, with photos, details, reviews and more pieces below. Once a shopper scrolls down, a button in the corner takes them back to the top in one click.
- Favicon Cart Count
When something is in the cart, the store’s icon in the browser tab shows the number of items. A shopper who drifts off to another tab can see there’s still a ring waiting for them.
Apps Crystal Pro Jewellery could replace next with one Vitals plan
Crystal Pro Jewellery uses 7 of the 40+ apps in Vitals. If the store wants reviews, bundles or a wishlist, it doesn’t need another app for them. Every other app is part of the same Vitals plan and sits in the same dashboard, ready to turn on. These four would suit a jewellery store:
Each one is a switch in the same dashboard. No new app, and no new bill.
