Upsell Builder offers now have an Exclude from this offer section, so you can keep direct-to-consumer deals away from wholesale buyers.

Shopify B2B customers: hides the offer from customers buying for a company through Shopify B2B
Customers with specific tags: hides it from anyone carrying one of the tags you add

Excluded customers do not get the discount at checkout either. Exclusions apply to logged-in customers, so a customer browsing logged out still sees the offer. Both settings are off by default, so your existing offers are unchanged until you turn them on.
