Tag new subscribers from each pop-up in Pop-ups

Each pop-up now has a Tags setting. The tags you add there go onto every customer who signs up through that pop-up, in your Shopify customer list.

Subscribers still get the VITALS tag as before. Your tags are added on signup whether or not the shopper ticks the marketing consent box, so you can segment by the pop-up they came from.
