Per-offer exclusions and fixed price discounts in Upsell Builder

Exclusions in Upsell Builder are now set on each offer, so you can pick the products, collections, or variants to leave out of one offer without affecting the others. Volume Discount, Product Bundle, and BOGO offers also support a new fixed price discount type, where you set what the offer costs rather than what comes off.

Until now, exclusions applied globally across every offer.
