Let customers track their orders on your store with Order Tracker
Order Tracker is a new Vitals app. It adds a branded tracking page to your store, where customers look up their order and see the carrier timeline and estimated delivery, without leaving your site.
What's new
Customers find their order on your tracking page by order number and email, or by tracking number alone.
In Vitals you get a dashboard of recent shipments, a searchable list with status filters, and your top destinations and carriers. Settings cover:
- Dropshipping mode, which hides carrier names and origin locations
- Estimated delivery, which shows the carrier's date when it has one
- Translations for every label and status on the page
- A snippet that puts your tracking link in Shopify's shipping confirmation email
How it works
Every plan includes 50 tracked shipments a month, reset on the 1st. Since 16 September, All-in-One stores can keep tracking past 50 for a usage charge, capped by a Shipments tracked limit you set in Order Tracker settings (250 by default, up to Unlimited). Other plans stop at 50, and later shipments show as Not tracked.
The charge is one flat amount for the band you reach each month, so 1,600 shipments costs $100. See the full table under Shipments tracked on the pricing page.
Orders shipped before you turned Order Tracker on are not imported, so customers find those by tracking number only. Tracking depends on the carrier recorded on the Shopify fulfillment, and some regional carriers cannot be tracked.
