You can now import the shoppers waiting for a restock in another app into Back in Stock, so they get your restock alert when the product is back. Nothing changes until you run an import.

What's new

Go to Back in Stock → Subscribers → Import subscribers and upload the CSV file from your old restock app.

  • Exports from Klaviyo, STOQ and Ordersify. The column names those apps use are read as they are, so you don't have to rename anything.
  • Preview first. You see what will be imported before anything is saved, then confirm or cancel.
  • Skipped rows. Download the rows that won't be imported, each with the reason.

How it works

Each file can hold up to 50,000 rows and be up to 10 MB, and you can run one import at a time per store.

The import skips shoppers already waiting for that product or repeated in the file, products that are in stock now, products Vitals can't match, and rows with an invalid email, phone number or date.

Dates are read day first, so 04/09 is 4 September, unless a date in the file only works month first. Imported shoppers are alerted at the next restock and count toward your monthly alert limit.

For example, you move from another restock app with shoppers waiting on a sold-out best-seller, and they get your Back in Stock alert when you restock it.
