Drag-and-drop tiers and fixed prices in Volume Discounts

Volume Discounts in Upsell Builder now supports drag-and-drop tier reordering, a fixed price per tier as a discount type, and gift and image options on each tier, so you can shape a tier ladder the way you want shoppers to read it.

Until now, tier order was fixed at the point you created it, and discounts were set as a reduction rather than a price.
