Add-on products on Volume Discount tiers

You can now attach an optional add-on product to any Volume Discount tier. When a shopper reaches that tier, the widget shows a checkbox offering the extra product at a special discounted price, so there is one more thing to say yes to at the moment they are already buying more.

Until now, a tier could only offer a discount on the quantity itself.
