You can now add a Wishlist page to your store's new customer accounts, so signed-in shoppers find their saved products next to Orders and Profile. Nothing changes until you turn it on in Shopify.

Until now, a shopper signed in to their customer account saw only Orders and Profile, with no wishlist.

You asked for this one, so we built it.

What's new

  • Saved products in the account. The page lists the signed-in customer's saved products, newest first, with the image, price and a link to each product.
  • Open wishlist button. A button on the page takes shoppers to your store's wishlist page.

What you need to do

Both steps are needed. Without the first one, the menu link opens Shopify's error page instead of the wishlist.

  • Add the page. Shopify admin → Settings → Customer accounts → Customize → Apps icon in the left toolbar → Wishlist → Accounts → Save.
  • Add the menu link. Shopify admin → Content → Menus → Customer account menu → Add menu item → Link: Apps → Wishlist → Save.

How it works

  • One wishlist. The page shows only the signed-in customer's own saved products, from the same wishlist as the hearts and the wishlist page on your store.
  • Variants. A product saved with a chosen option shows that variant. A product saved without one shows the whole product, with "From" when its variants have different prices.
  • Languages. The page is translated into English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese (Brazil).
  • Classic customer accounts. Shopify does not support the page on classic customer accounts.

(Most shoppers browse without signing in, so keep your wishlist page in your store menu as well.)
