Show Add to Cart on optional selling plan products in Related Products

Related Products, Recently Viewed, Trending Products and Wishlist can now show Add to Cart on products that a pre-order or subscription app attached an optional selling plan to (the choice of buying the product with or without a plan).

Until now, those cards had no button. An in-stock product with an optional plan now gets Add to Cart and is added without the plan. A pre-order, a back-order or a product whose plan is required shows Choose options in the carousels, and no button on the Wishlist page.

It is off by default and set per app, so nothing changes until you turn it on. In Related Products, Recently Viewed and Trending Products, it sits in the settings under Visibility, right below Let customers add to cart from the widget. In Wishlist, it sits in the Wishlist page settings, below Show the Add to Cart button, and shows only while that setting is on.
