Shoppers can sort your reviews

Product Reviews can now show a Sort by dropdown on the product page, so a shopper can order your reviews the way they want to read them: Most recent, Highest rating, Lowest rating, or Photos and Videos first.

Until now, the order of reviews was whatever you set it to.

What you need to do

The dropdown is off by default. Turn it on under Product Reviews, Settings, Main Widget, Show sorting button. Happy Customers and Featured Reviews have their own separate toggles.

How it works

Your own Sort order setting still controls how reviews load the first time. A shopper's choice only applies for that session and resets on reload. While a shopper has a sort applied, pinned reviews drop into normal order until the sort is cleared.
