Review request reminders in Product Reviews

Product Reviews can now send a reminder to a customer who did not write a review after the first request, so you collect more reviews from the orders you already have.

Until now, a review request was sent once and that was the end of it.

What's new

Reminders are on by default for new merchants who turn on the Request Reviews feature. The default reminder goes out 3 days after the initial request lands.

How it works

Up to 2 reminders are supported, and the interval between them is configurable in the same way as the initial review request. A reminder is only sent if no review has been written for that order yet, and reminders stop as soon as a review is submitted.
