Compact header layout for Product Reviews widgets

You can now pick a Compact header for your review widgets. It is a condensed single-row header that groups the rating, the Write a review button, and the sort controls together, and it comes with an extra Rating style choice for fine-tuning how the rating itself is shown.

Until now, the widget header took a full block of the page regardless of how much was in it.
